1. Notify us of your complaint / return

  • Call our returns department under +49 (2066) 39382-10 and tell us about the problem. We will thereafter find a suitable solution.

2. Send return

  • When you are promted by us send the goods exclusively as insured package (no letter or small parcel) back to us: Company Markus Heucher - Innovationen aus der Fleischerwelt, Baumstr. 43, 47198 Duisburg, Germany.

3. Receive replacement

  • After checking your complaint / return, we send you immediately a replacement.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please send us the package not on any account without a previous notification or not prepaid! These packages cannot be accepted or processed by us.
